We are in constant need of Mystery Shoppers to test the level of service and sales in our clients’ stores. The type of stores varies from clothes shops to DIY centers.
A Mystery Shopper acts like a regular customer but works undercover for us. You have to possibility to evaluate the store and tell us what it is like to be a customer in that store. After each visit, the Mystery Shopper fills in a questionnaire, which is sent back to IQS Denmark. These questionnaires provide the basis for the report the shops receive from us. In the light of these reports, the shops know where to improve their service etc. This way you can help the shops improve their level of service.
Each Mystery Shopper visits takes about 40 minutes to carry out.
